1. Export a JSON backup from Settings if the app is still usable.
2. Reload the page and confirm the issue repeats.
3. Note your browser, device, action, expected result, and actual result.

Local data

Clearing browser storage can remove progress. NJL cannot recover browser-local data without an exported backup.
