Build record
A useful tool carried forward from a legacy system
Deal Analyzer was built to make real-estate underwriting assumptions visible rather than hiding them behind a headline recommendation.
Process
The browser-local interface brings property inputs, financing, cash flow, cap rate, and return metrics into one analysis surface.
Progress
The public app and product page are available, with real interface captures rather than promotional mockups.
Known issue
The source-recovery gap comes from transferring the project from a legacy system, not from a development failure. The deployed shell and hashed bundles remain stable while that transfer is completed or a rebuild is chosen.
What was learned
A deployed bundle and its maintainable source are different artifacts. Keeping that distinction visible protects future changes and rollback evidence.
Next decision
Complete the legacy source transfer or explicitly rebuild before changing the deployed application.
