FI Architect Privacy Policy

FI Architect is a personal financial planning app. The app is designed to work primarily on-device. Scenario data, settings, and planning inputs are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, import, or use AI-powered features.

Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the app, FI Architect may process financial planning information such as income, expenses, assets, debts, taxes, retirement assumptions, documents you choose to import, and AI prompts you choose to send.

AI Features

When you use FI Architect AI, your prompt and relevant scenario context may be sent to the app’s AI service provider through a secure backend proxy so the app can generate a response. Do not submit information you do not want processed by AI services.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. FI Architect does not receive your full payment card number or Apple ID password. The app may store local entitlement status, purchase product identifiers, and AI usage counters to provide subscription access.

Local Storage and Exports

Scenario data is stored locally on your device. If you export a JSON or CSV file, you control where that file is saved or shared. If you import a backup file, imported Pro entitlement fields are ignored and Apple purchase status remains the source of truth for subscription access.

Tracking and Advertising

FI Architect does not sell your personal information and is not designed to track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising.

Security

FI Architect uses reasonable technical safeguards for app functionality, including keeping AI provider API keys off-device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

FI Architect is intended for adults or supervised household financial planning use. It is not directed to children.
